1. On cancellation of registration, refund of registration fee will be as follows:

• Upto 30 October 2026 20% deduction
• After 30 October 2026 No refund

2. Cancellation charges may be waived at the discretion of the Secretariat, if the originally registered delegate is in a position to arrange for an alternate in his place.
