About NCB Conference

National Council for Cement and Building Materials (NCB), an apex Research and Innovation organization, under the administrative control of Department for Promotion of Industry & Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce & Industry and dedicated to research, technology development & transfer, education & industrial services for cement, allied building materials & construction industries, is organizing a National Conference on "Carbon Neutrality in Cement and Concrete - Pathways to NetZero during 19-20 November 2026 at Centenary Convention Centre of Engineering Staff College of India, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana.

The theme of the conference is "Pathways to NetZero".

This event is programmed to gather Captains of Cement and Concrete sector, Policy makers, Academicians, Professionals, Engineers and Scientists under one roof and discuss future action plans aimed towards Carbon Neutrality in cement production and construction sector to meet the NetZero targets of India with responsible consumption of the resources utilized in cement sector to ensure long term sustainability.
